SWOT

SWOT is a classic method used to evaluate and orientate your business. Manual Thinking allows you to apply this method in teams in a visual way!

SWOT is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Based on these 4 factors, you can evaluate the condition and/or feasibility of companies, projects, products or even persons, and detect what favorable aspects you can rely on and which unfavorable ones you have to take into account, in order to give direction to your business.
