A basic way to visualize the opinion of your team as a whole regarding a specific topic, is to gather all arguments in favor and against on labels, and organize them on a map. Instead of rigidly defending one side of the story, all participants concentrate on noting down both favorable and non-favorable arguments. Once everybody is finished, the labels are organized on each side of the map. The result is a neutral yet clarifying overview of the vision of the group, from which it will be easy to draw conclusions. You can use colored labels to distinguish between the different arguments.
